Key responsibilities:

As an AI Solutions Developer, you will develop AI-powered applications and automation solutions for APAC, collaborating with regional and global teams to improve workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive business efficiency.

• Develop bespoke Python-based tools and AI-powered applications for APAC, collaborating with local teams to address business needs, automate complex workflows, and improve operational efficiency
• Partner with the global AI team to scale successful regional solutions internationally, maintaining shared standards and developing reusable tools for broader business impact
• Manage automated client reporting systems, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly reporting across diverse asset classes
• Design and enhance automation workflows, integrate Excel into process improvements, and ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and scalable
• Engage with non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, support system adoption through communication and training, and promote best practices through knowledge sharing

Candidate profile:

• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with SQL, with the ability to quickly learn new tools using AI assistance
• Solid coding fundamentals focused on reliability, maintainability, and scalability, with an interest or experience in AI agents and large language models
• Experience using Excel as both a user and automation target, integrating it into workflow enhancements
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions, with a commitment to knowledge-sharing, continuous learning, and a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related field
