Your New Role
- Support business development and sales initiatives to drive business growth
- Work closely with distribution channels and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Provide business and product-related trainings and support to frontline teams
- Monitor market developments, competitor activities and identify potential nosiness opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategy and business initiatives
- Coordinate with different internal functions to ensure smooth execution of business activities
- Support ad hoc projects and other business development activities as required
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Good business analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- IIQE Paper 1,2,3 is preferred
