Job Description

As an AVP, E-Banking Transformation, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing digital banking strategies to enhance customer experience.
Overseeing the optimisation of digital platforms to drive engagement and usage.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
Monitoring market trends and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Analysing data and customer feedback to improve digital services and offerings.
Managing digital projects from conception to execution within set timelines and budgets.
Providing leadership and guidance to team members within the digital department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AVP, E-Banking Transformation, should have:

Strong experience in digital banking or related fields within the financial services industry.
Proven expertise in managing digital initiatives and platform enhancements.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector in Hong Kong.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insights effectively.

What's on Offer

Annual salary ranging from HKD 66,000 to HKD 780,000.
Additional discretionary bonus .
