- Support pension operations activities during a large-scale system migration project
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with data migration preparation, UAT support, and issue tracking
- Handle administrative duties, including record maintenance, document management, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, and technology teams to resolve operational issues
- Support process documentation and workflow updates throughout the migration life cycle
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-5 years of experience in administration, operations, pension, insurance, or financial services
- Experience supporting system implementation or migration projects is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data processing and reconciliation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
