Our client, a US-based investment bank, is looking for a payroll professional to join their team.
Your new role
- Coordination and processing of compensation information.
- Reporting and accounting, both internally and to external authorities.
- Commitment to control, ensuring data has gone through proper internal controls.
- Review, reconcile and substantiate general ledger account balances.
- Assisting in formulating payroll processes to facilitate new operations for the firm, involving new pay entity set-up, implementing tax
effectiveness or new benefit programmes. - Working closely with global counterparts in the administration of compensation reporting.
- Documentation of processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in business, accounting or finance.
- Minimum two to three years of relevant work experience, including human capital at Big 4 accounting firms.
- Experience in handling general ledger posting and accounts reconciliation.
- Knowledge of individual income tax and benefit programmes would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
