1. 负责为蚂蚁国际Antom业务拓展生态类合作伙伴和商业机会；

2. 理解客户需求,介绍Antom的支付解决方案及增值服务,推动共同发展并达成协议及最终交易；

3. 管理客户完整销售周期,具有owner意识和can do精神,协同内外部资源,确保合作顺利落地,拿到结果；

4. 提供行业趋势的反馈,包括竞争对手的见解、客户需求、产品和市场信息等。

Drive ecosystem partnership development and identify commercial opportunities for Antom, Ant Group's international business.

Understand client needs, present Antom's payment solutions and value-added services, foster mutual growth, and successfully negotiate and close deals.

Own the end-to-end sales cycle with a strong sense of ownership and a "can-do" attitude; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of results.

Provide insights on industry trends, including competitive intelligence, client needs, product developments, and market dynamics.

Job Requirement

1. 拥有5年以上跨境支付生态系统/收单/收款等领域的业务拓展经验,对支付行业有较深入了解；

2. 熟悉香港线下收单业务及竞争格局,拥有香港线下收单/支付生态渠道资源,洞察市场动态并识别客户痛点；

3. 具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力、策略能力、数据分析能力、竞品分析能力、方案撰写能力,可以独立管理项目；

4. 有敏锐的业务意识,较强的自驱力,以目标结果为导向；

5. 性格开朗、热情、善协作、有团队意识、责任心强；

6. 具备良好的粤语/英语听说读写能力,可将粤语/英语作为工作语言。

5+ years of business development experience in cross-border payment ecosystems, acquiring, or payment collection, with in-depth knowledge of the payments industry.

Strong familiarity with Hong Kong's offline acquiring business and competitive landscape; established network within Hong Kong's offline acquiring/payment ecosystem channels; ability to monitor market trends and identify client pain points.

Excellent communication, organizational, strategic thinking, data analysis, competitive analysis, and proposal writing skills; capable of independently managing projects.

Sharp business acumen, strong self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.

Outgoing, enthusiastic, collaborative, team-oriented, and highly responsible.

Proficient in Cantonese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to use Cantonese and/or English as working languages.
