Your new role
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into system and technology solutions.
- Drive finance process improvement and automation initiatives using modern technologies such as AI, Microsoft 365 Power Platform, and RPA solutions.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise finance systems and digital applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, or related technologies.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, ETL workflows, and reporting solutions to support operational and analytical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing enterprise ERP systems and business applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, SQL, ETL processes, and finance-related system workflows.
- Experience with Python, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, or other automation technologies.
- Good understanding of finance operations, including procurement, payment, payroll, and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
