About Our Client

Join a leading financial services organisation as an Associate in Trade Operations, supporting the smooth execution of trade operations and collateral management processes.

Job Description

Support daily collateral management operations across cash equities, derivatives, and OTC markets, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions and contingency scenarios in a prompt and professional manner.
Execute and continuously improve operational processes to deliver efficient, high-quality services and support new business initiatives.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counterparties/market participants on daily operations, as well as new clearing products and services.
Support project initiatives by gathering user requirements, participating in system enhancements, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Build and maintain strong relationships with participants by providing responsive support and driving service improvements.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, exposure in collateral operations, or cash management, with exposure to cash equities, derivatives, and/or OTC markets.
Knowledge of fixed income products is an advantage.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
