About the job:

1. Lead and manage full project lifecycles for data warehouse and data migration initiatives.
2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.
3. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutions.
4. Drive governance, documentation, and reporting to management and steering committees.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance or Business
2. At least 6 years of experience in banking and large-scale system implementation project management, with solid knowledge of banking operations and financial products.
3. Strong background in Wealth Management and Private Banking
4. Led end-to-end large scale transformation projects
5. Practical knowledge with strong database systems and SDLC skills.
6. Highly analytical and structured in problem-solving; adept at understanding complex situations quickly.
7. Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team leadership skills, with extensive experience managing people, including clients and internal stakeholders.

AI Requirement

1. Understands Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI), including their practical applications in business and technology environments, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to drive innovation, productivity, and business outcomes.
2. Demonstrates the ability to effectively incorporate AI-enabled tools into consulting engagements, project management, business analysis, solution design, technology delivery, and business development activities to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and client value.
3. Embraces emerging technologies, demonstrates an AI-first mindset, and proactively identifies opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve ways of working, accelerate innovation, and create measurable business impact for clients and the firm.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a project manager in financial system integration companies is highly preferred.
2. Experience at a financial organization that uses private banking or wealth management products.
3. Excellent Mandarin/English spoken and written skills.
