Overview
We are partnering with a globally recognized insurance organization undergoing a major transformation of its pension platforms. They are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of next-generation pension systems, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technology teams to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Support the design and implementation of modern pension/retirement systems, including MPF and related products
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and support system transformation initiatives
• Work with data teams to extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL
• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and test cases
• Participate in system testing, UAT coordination, and defect resolution
• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure solutions align with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with exposure to pension or retirement products preferred
• Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and system implementation lifecycle
• Experience with SQL; ability to read, and understand queries for data analysis and validation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to pension platforms, MPF systems, or policy administration systems
• Experience in large-scale transformation or system migration projects
• Familiarity with data mapping, data migration, and reconciliation processes
