Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing and distribution strategies and campaigns for the bancassurance channel aligned with overall business and bank partnership goals.
- Organize engaging marketing events to raise brand awareness and drive business growth
- Collaborate closely with bank partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded materials, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyze customer data, sales performance, and market trends to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and improve conversion rates across the bancassurance funnel.
- Create and oversee marketing collateral, product communication toolkits, training materials, and point-of-sale resources for bank staff and relationship managers.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics (leads, conversion rates, product mix, persistency); prepare regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, and partner bank policies.
- Coordinate with product, underwriting, sales, training, and operations teams to ensure seamless product positioning and support for the channel.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Marketing or Finance related field
- 10+ years of Marketing experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, Banking or Financial Institutions
- Excellent command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & English)
- Strong insurance product knowledge
- Solid skills in organizing events, including conferences, seminars, trainings etc.
- Self-motivated, proactive and mature candidate will be preferred
