Responsibilities

• Execute client investment transactions accurately and efficiently across different asset classes.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office to ensure timely and precise execution of client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end trade execution workflows, including pricing, pre-trade checks, voice logging, and trade execution, while ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Communicate key product features, risks, and execution-related information to clients where required, in accordance with approved communication standards.
• As the role develops, assist Investment Solutions Advisors with research, proposals, marketing materials, and follow-up activities with ICs, RMs and clients under their guidance.
• Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
• Good understanding of and keen in financial and investment markets
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak Business Chinese will be an advantage to manage communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients effectively
