About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Investment Bank. Currently, they are looking to hire an experienced Compensation/Payroll Analyst to join their Finance division.

Job Description

Process and maintain employee compensation and payroll information.
Prepare compensation accounting reports and support regulatory reporting.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and account balance reviews.
Ensure payroll and compensation data is accurate and complies with internal controls.
Liaise with payroll vendors and internal teams on payroll and accounting matters.
Support new payroll, tax, and benefits initiatives across the region.
Work closely with regional and global Compensation Accounting teams.
Maintain process documentation and assist with ongoing improvement initiatives.
Participate in regional and global projects.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll, tax, audit, or compensation accounting.
Experience with general ledger postings and account reconciliations.
Knowledge of individual tax and employee benefits is an advantage.
Good Excel skills.
Mandarin language skills are preferred.
