My client is a leading global investment bank with a strong presence across capital markets, working closely with corporates, institutional investors, and research teams worldwide. They are looking for an Event Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in delivering one of Asia's premier annual conferences.
Your new role
- Coordinate and manage investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring smooth execution across all stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between corporates, institutional investors, research teams, and internal stakeholders
- Handle meeting scheduling, invitations, and communication tracking for high-volume interactions
- Support event planning and execution, including group calls and large-scale conferences
- Maintain and update client profiles, attendance data, and reporting dashboards
- Prepare management reports and track engagement metrics
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience in event coordination, client services, or administrative support (finance exposure is a plus)
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
