Our client, a growing private investment fund, is hiring for a new Fund Operations Manager role on the team.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for day-to-day fund administration activities, including capital calls, distributions, cash management, fund expense processing, and bank account setup.
2. Partner with third-party fund administrators to review P&L, reconcile NAVs, generate NAV estimates, and ensure accurate reporting schedules.
3. Oversee investor onboarding procedures by collecting and verifying KYC/AML documentation while ensuring FATCA/CRS regulatory compliance.
4. Serve as the main operational liaison for external entities such as fund auditors, service providers, and investment managers, and support company secretarial tasks across group entities.
5. Build out operational workflows for upcoming fund and project launches, maintaining systematic fund records and leading ad-hoc operational initiatives.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with CPA or equivalent certification
2. 5 years of relevant fund operations, fund accounting, or fund administration experience serving or within a private credit or real estate fund
3. Strong organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities, with the agility to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Cantonese (fluency in Mandarin would be a plus)
