My client is based in the financial services industry and they are urgently looking for a guest service officer to join their team in their new branch. They will need to have strong customer services skills and be able to work 5.5 days.
Job Description
As a Guest Services Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing the front desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring their readiness for use.
- Maintaining accurate visitor logs and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Providing administrative support to the team as required.
- Managing courier services and mail distribution efficiently.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
A successful Guest Services Officer should have:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or front desk role within the Financial Services / hospitality / F&B will be an advantage
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
- An organised and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to assist clients and colleagues.
