About Our Client

My client is based in the financial services industry and they are urgently looking for a guest service officer to join their team in their new branch. They will need to have strong customer services skills and be able to work 5.5 days.

Job Description

As a Guest Services Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Managing the front desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring their readiness for use.
Maintaining accurate visitor logs and ensuring security protocols are followed.
Providing administrative support to the team as required.
Managing courier services and mail distribution efficiently.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Guest Services Officer should have:

Higher Diploma or above
Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Previous experience in a customer-facing or front desk role within the Financial Services / hospitality / F&B will be an advantage
Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
An organised and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
A proactive attitude and willingness to assist clients and colleagues.
