Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects across the full SDLC, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and headquarters to align delivery with strategic plans and enterprise architecture
- Proactively identify business needs and drive improvements in systems, processes, and data management
- Manage and mentor delivery teams while ensuring adherence to organisational standards and providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT project experience within financial institutions, including significant experience in business process management and team leadership
- Strong expertise in software delivery management, project planning, and cross-functional execution in global environments
- Hands-on experience with BPM systems and enterprise technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Banking experience
