Job Description

Duties:

Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of private equity and venture capital investments across the healthcare and life sciences sectors
Lead investment structuring, valuation analysis, term sheet negotiation, transaction execution, and coordination with legal, financial, and technical advisors.
Prepare and present investment recommendations, financial analyses, and risk assessments to the Investment Committee and senior management.
Drive portfolio value creation through active engagement with management teams, participation in board meetings, and provision of strategic guidance on clinical development, commercialization, partnering, and fundraising activities.
Support fundraising activities by providing market insights, portfolio updates, and investment performance analysis to existing and prospective limited partners (LPs) and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

A strong background in banking and financial services, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Proven expertise in financial analysis and investment strategies.
Experience in deal structuring and transaction management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial services industry.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
