Our client — a boutique financial services firm — is hiring anIT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to round out its in-house technology team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role for someone who can toggle comfortably betweenL1/L2 end-user support ,network and server administration . 1. Run point on IT infrastructure end-to-end — from architecture and build-out through to deployment, daily operations, security hardening, and continuous improvement.
2. Measure IT performance against business goals; surface and resolve bottlenecks across the network, hardware stack, and OS layer.
3. Design and execute disaster recovery runbooks, backup schedules, and information security / access control structures.
4. Audit the current data management setup and propose leaner, more scalable pathways for system upgrades and optimization.
5. Co-author and maintain ISO 27001-aligned policies and procedures within the Infrastructure and Operations remit.
6. Deliver responsive helpdesk support and run practical training sessions that lift the digital fluency of end users.
7. Negotiate scope, pricing, and SLAs with external suppliers and contractors for infrastructure products and services.

1. Higher Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. 5+ years delivering IT infrastructure work — spanning planning, implementation, and steady-state operations.
3. Confident acrossWAN / LAN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, SAN / NAS storage, and TCP/IP stack.
4. Familiar withWindows Server andLinux administration.
5. Practical exposure tovirtualization (VMware, Docker) andcontainerization concepts.
6. Working knowledge ofrelational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
7. Hands-on with at least one publiccloud platform — Azure or AWS.
8. Conversant in one or moreprogramming / scripting languages — Java, Python, or PHP.
9. Business-proficient inEnglish and Chinese (written and spoken).
10. Stronganalytical mindset — disciplined at root cause analysis and comfortable working autonomously.
11. MCSE and CISSP certifications good to have
