About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organization in the Financial Services sector, recognized for its robust operations and advanced technological infrastructure. It is a medium-sized firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong and a commitment to innovation in its field.

Job Description

Manage daily server and network administration, ensuring stable system operations
Provide technical support for end-user workstations and workplace devices
Assist in system enhancements, IT improvement initiatives, and project rollouts
Oversee IT hardware inventory, support contracts, and vendor coordination
Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, compliance frameworks, and security standards
Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Linux environments
Support networking components, including firewall, router, and switch configurations
Handle PABX and voice recording systems as needed
Deliver responsive support in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

The Successful Applicant

Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
At least 5 years' IT infrastructure experience, ideally with exposure to financial institutions
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or Linux credentials are highly preferred
Strong experience supporting Windows OS, LAN, and productivity tools like MS Office/Outlook
Proficient in both Windows Server and Linux administration
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, and network security equipment
Hands-on experience with PABX systems and voice recording tools is an advantage
Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently under pressure
Strong willingness to learn emerging technologies
Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
