We’re looking for an improvement-minded engineer who can connect day-to-day execution with measurable performance gains across both functional and technical areas.
The roleAs anAnonymous Process Optimisation Engineer , you will take ownership of drivingtime and financial efficiencies by mapping current processes, analysing operational data, and implementingoptimised workflows ,SOPs , andoperational playbooks . You’ll also support root cause analysis for operational issues and put preventative actions in place, using clearprocess KPIs and consistent measurement.
The requirements- Experience inprocess engineering ,operations improvement (functional and technical), orindustrial engineering
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working withmetrics andmeasurement (e.g., cycle time, throughput, defect rates, SLA adherence)
- Proven ability to runprocess mapping and deliver improvement initiatives
- Ability to translate process designs into practicalSOPs andtraining materials
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such asLean ,Six Sigma ,Kaizen (or similar)
- Ability to build and refine processKPIs , ensuring measurement consistency and data quality
- Experience supportingroot cause analysis and developingpreventative actions
- Strong documentation discipline: maintain an operationalknowledge base for best practices
- (Desirable) Exposure toworkflow automation ,data pipelines , or business process tooling
- (Desirable) Understanding of operations in tech-enabled services such asSaaS ,logistics , orsupport operations
- (Desirable) Familiarity with risk/quality frameworks relevant to operations
