Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communications with existing/prospective investors (family offices, funds of funds, etc.)
Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly performance reports & market commentaries, including fund metrics and risk analytics
Develop fundraising materials (Pitchbooks, Q&A briefs, roadshow presentations)
Coordinate due diligence processes across Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
Maintain investor databases, communication logs, and pipeline tracking
Support post-investment reporting and regulatory disclosures to ensure compliance

Qualifications：

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; ****CFA/CAIA preferred
2-5 years’ IR, capital introduction, or client-facing experience at hedge funds/asset managers/investment banks
Knowledge of hedge fund metrics (Sharpe/Alpha/Beta), DD processes & quant strategies
Legal Hong Kong working status (Permanent Resident / QMAS visa holder)
Exceptional bilingual communication (English & Mandarin)
Advanced PowerPoint/Excel; Bloomberg proficiency
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
