Your new role
- Develop and modernise services using Java, Spring, REST APIs
- Build scalable, reusable components and event-driven workflows
- Collaborate with global teams (India, Hong Kong)
- Troubleshoot and optimise data-intensive systems
- Partner with QA, product, and architecture for end-to-end delivery
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong Core Java, multithreading, backend engineering
- Hands-on: Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices
- Solid SQL (DB2), data modelling, distributed systems
- Strong OOP, design patterns, debugging
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial systems or portfolio/ledger workflows.
- Exposure to Kafka, NoSQL stores, Docker/Kubernetes, or cloud-native apps.
