About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading global investment bank's private wealth management division, providing tailored advisory, investment solutions, and brokerage services to high-net-worth individuals and families. The KYC Project Management role will focus in first-line control function overseeing client onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, and data governance, with a strong focus on transformation.

Job Description

Overseeing project timelines, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
Providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies effectively.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborating with banking and financial services teams to achieve project objectives.
Supporting the development and implementation of process improvements.
Facilitating communication among stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree holder of business administration or relevant discipline
At least 5 years of working experience under project management/ AML Compliance or relevant field within banking industry
Strong attention to detail, technical skills with clear and logical manner
Work collaboratively with team member
Strong quick learning ability to understand policies, procedures, systems, process and controls
Excellent of written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
