Key Responsibilities
Architect Cloud-Native Systems: Design and deploy enterprise-grade AWS and Kubernetes solutions for high-throughput, resilient application environments.
Drive Automation & DevOps: Lead Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) practices and robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous, seamless deployments.
Define Engineering Standards: Establish modern microservices patterns, API architecture, and cloud governance frameworks for the new expansion unit.
Pioneer Tech Innovation: Continuously evaluate emerging open-source tools, service meshes, and developer tech to keep the platform cutting-edge.
Mentor & Collaborate: Work closely with agile engineering squads, product managers, and ops teams to ship scalable software rapidly.
What We Look For
Mindset: Agile, pragmatic, and highly adaptable. You thrive in dynamic settings and favor lean, fast execution over enterprise red tape.
Cloud & Containers: Expert level at the core AWS ecosystem (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM) and production Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD or equivalent experience).
Modern Architecture: Solid track record in microservices, event-driven design, API gateways, and service mesh tools (e.g., Istio, Helm).
IaC & CI/CD: Expert proficiency with Terraform/CloudFormation and modern pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Observability & Security: Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and container security best practices (RBAC, IAM).
- Communication: Excellent command in Cantonese and English
