Responsibilities:
- As the preparer of HKMA regulatory reports to ensure accuracy and the completeness of internal control processes.
- Support the ad-hoc tasks such as data requests from regulators, auditors, mother-bank or top management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the impact analysis and gap analysis to be conducted by the team, be familiar with the latest regulatory requirements;
- Conduct data quality checking and follow up on the rectification of data issues identified.
- Assist in workflows re-engineering to improve efficiency and transparency.
- Assist in the formulation of User Requirements and conduct UAT on credit risk related systems and projects.
- Support the enhancement of credit governance framework, formation of credit strategy and credit concentration limit setting.
- Responsible for the team’s supports tasks and complete any other related tasks assigned by team head & management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Risk Management or Related Discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HKMA regulatory reporting and management reporting in banking is preferred.
- Knowledge in asset quality monitoring and connected lending management is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAS, MS Office and data mining skill set. Experience in Python is a plus.
- Experienced in IT projects and system implementation related to data systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, organize and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
