Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and execute regional marketing strategies and campaigns across advertising, events, web, social media, and other initiatives
2. Develop and produce marketing collaterals from data collection through to distribution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
3. Monitor global content publication and support local content creation and translation, liaising with external service providers as needed
4. Demonstrate creativity by designing innovative campaigns and thoughtful client gifts that enhance engagement and appreciation
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including local business teams, compliance, and headquarters marketing counterparts to deliver impactful initiatives
6. Maintain and update digital platforms including the firm’s website and social media channels, ensuring content is accurate and engaging
7. Manage vendor relationships for the production of campaigns, events, and communications materials

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, journalism, communications, or a related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience in investment marketing or financial services marketing, preferably in asset management, investment banking, or a related industry.
3. Strong product knowledge and understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment strategies
4. Excellent marketing and writing capabilities in both English & Chinese
5. Ability to generate original ideas while adhering to brand guidelines
6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
7. Attention to details and committed to deliver error-free content
8. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
