As part of this growth, they're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve client experience, drive operational efficiency, and deliver scalable technology solutions across the business.
This is a highly visible role, offering regular interaction with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Compliance and Product teams , where you'll play a key role in shaping how critical business processes evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business andtechnology projects
- Gather, challenge and refine business requirements to ensure practical, scalable solutions
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Operations and Engineering teams to deliver business-critical initiatives
- Analyse complex operational processes and identify opportunities forautomation and improvement
- Produce business cases, functional specifications and project documentation
- Track project delivery, manage stakeholder s and remove delivery blockers
- Validate delivered solutions throughtesting and user engagement to ensure successful adoption
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years' experience delivering complex projects within financial services
- Strong experience working across both business and technology stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Strong analytical mindset, with SQL experience highly advantageous
- PMP, Six Sigma or similar project management certifications would be beneficial
