About the Opportunity
We're hiring an experienced Platform Engineer to join a technology-driven organization that is building and scaling a modern cloud-native platform environment. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering initiatives while collaborating with high-performing software engineering, product, and security teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and engineering productivity.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and drive automation across the platform.
• Manage and optimize cloud environments for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support containerized platforms and Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Enhance observability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance management tooling.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve platform standards, developer experience, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform resilience and reliability.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar tools.
• Experience with tools such as GitHub, CircleCI, Artifactory, SonarQube, Spinnaker, Ansible, or Chef.
• Knowledge of observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Elastic Stack.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices environments.
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, Bash.
• Experience within banking, fintech, or other highly regulated environments.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or AWS DevOps Engineer Professional.
