Job Description

As a Private Credit and Private Equity Associate/Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing private credit fund operations and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and investor reports.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assisting with portfolio management and maintaining accurate records of investment activities.
Providing support for audits and liaising with auditors as required.
Conducting regular reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Supporting the team in process improvements and system implementations.
Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Credit Associate/Senior Associate should have:

Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles, particularly within the private credit sector.
Big 4 FS Audit are welcome
Fund Accounting experience is a must
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
