You will join a cross-functional team responsible for developing market-leading insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product life-cycle, from initial ideation and market research through to implementation.
• Manage end-to-end product launches, including refining the value proposition, distribution approach, and overall development process.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure all product development work follows company risk controls, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Prepare product documentation and collateral required for internal and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer journeys to inform product decisions.
• Lead and develop a small team of junior staff.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (actuarial science, finance, or business administration preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on insurance industry experience, ideally in product development, product marketing, channel development, or actuarial work.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Solid business acumen, customer-focused mindset, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex issues and solutions to different stakeholders.
• Agile working style with strong execution capability.
