Project Analyst
A tier-one Global Financial Institution is seeking a high-caliber Senior Finance Project Analyst to join their Financial Project Portfolio Management team. This is a critical, 12-month contract transformation role working alongside finance, IT, legal, and operations to drive regional workflow optimization and systems enhancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Bridge Business & Tech: Serve as the core liaison between IT and senior business stakeholders to streamline finance workflows and strengthen internal controls.
- Requirement Delivery: Gather, synthesize, and define business requirements across complex cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Project Governance: Author options evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, risk matrices, and executive presentation decks for steering committees.
- Process Architecture: Map out "as-is" and "to-be" finance operational workflows.
- Execution & Quality: Collaborate on data mapping exercises and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to ensure seamless deployment.
Requirements
- Background: Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis, Consultancy, PMO, or Project Management experience, strictly within Banking or Insurance.
- Skillset: Proven track record handling large financial datasets, drafting management presentation decks, and running UAT.
- Tech Stack: Mastery of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Advantageous systems include large ERP systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, etc.
- Soft Skills: A self-starter with the maturity to work independently and manage complex stakeholder matrices.
