QA Team Lead 

We’re looking for a hands‑on QA Team Lead to drive testing processes end‑to‑end and help build scalable QA practices from the ground up. This is a leadership role with strong technical involvement, ideal for someone who balances automation expertise with team management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the QA team, overseeing testing processes end‑to‑end




• Perform hands‑on testing, with automation making up ~30% of the work




• Review test reports to ensure accuracy and completeness




• Collaborate with BAs to prepare test cases (40–50%)




• Build QA processes from scratch and scale them up effectively

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of QA experience, including 1–2 years in a team lead role




• Strong background in automation testing tools and frameworks




• Tech stack exposure: TOSCA, JavaScript, Python, SQL




• Solid leadership combined with technical skills




• Cantonese proficiency (essential for reviewing Chinese test cases)
