A leading global hedge fund is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its Talent Acquisition team in Hong Kong. We welcome candidates from both in-house talent acquisition teams and recruitment agencies who are looking to transition into an internal recruiting function.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage complex scheduling for candidates and hiring managers
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate application through to offer stage
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and external recruitment agencies
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment checks
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and pipeline tracking
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment events where required
- Manage recruitment-related administration and ad hoc talent acquisition projects
Requirements
- 2-6 years of work experience within recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR, executive search, or recruitment agency environments
- Prior experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple stakeholders is highly preferred
- Candidates from recruitment agencies are welcomed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous
