Lead and execute timely, accurate regulatory transaction and position reporting across APAC (HKMA, MAS, ASIC, SEBI, etc.) for equities and fixed income
Own APAC regulatory reporting processes (trade repositories, SEBI, QFII, short position reporting) and act as subject-matter expert.
Maintain and enhance control frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
Partner with IT on design, testing, and deployment of reporting architecture, automation and AI-enabled controls.
Prepare and validate data for regulator surveys and ad-hoc requests.
Define test cases, conduct UAT, and manage release follow-ups for regulatory projects.
Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, ITO and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data flow and resolve reporting gaps.
Produce regular status updates for management and support strategic reporting initiatives.
