Our client is a reputable hedge fund with a collaborative and fast-paced working environment. You will support a dynamic Investor Relations team, working closely with senior professionals and gaining exposure to front-office activities.

The Role

• Calendar and meeting coordination: Manage team calendars and schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination of internal and external appointments on a daily basis.
• Travel and logistics arrangement: Coordinate business travel including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless arrangements even on tight timelines.
• Administrative support: Provide day-to-day secretarial support to the investment team, including processing expenses, preparing simple documents, and handling general administrative tasks.
• Office operations support: Assist with basic office coordination to support efficient daily operations, including liaising with vendors and maintaining an organized workspace.

• Task and request coordination: Handle ad hoc requests from the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Your Profile

• A proper University Degree holder is required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives
• Demonstrates a stable employment history
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Proactive and mature with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Creative problem solver with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality.
