A leading Korean bank, renowned for its commitment to fostering economic growth and development, is seeking a talented Risk Manager (Native Korean).

Your new role

Support senior management and Board of Directors by preparing executive reports, board papers, and strategic presentations
Coordinate management committee meetings, executive forums, and board meetings
Monitor and follow up on key strategic initiatives and action items arising from management discussions
Develop corporate strategies, business plans, and long-term growth initiatives in collaboration with regional and headquarters stakeholders
Lead KPI planning, business performance monitoring, and strategic project execution
Act as a key liaison across business functions to drive cross-departmental initiatives
Facilitate communication with regulators, financial institutions, and external stakeholders
Prepare high-quality reports and official documents using Hangul (HWP) and Microsoft Office application

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience within banking, financial services, securities, asset management, insurance, fintech, or related sectors
Strong experience in corporate planning, strategic management, business management, or executive office functions
Advanced proficiency in Hangul (HWP) is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives independently
Native Korean speaker.
