Join a leading global investment bank and renowned for its excellence in investment banking, securities, wealth management, and asset management. You'll be part of a highly regarded Operations division supporting clients and trading businesses across Asia Pacific.

Your new role

• Support the sales team with event management, client gifting, and sales operations
• Maintain and update Salesforce client records, pipelines, and reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a seamless client experience
• Provide administrative support including meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in sales support, client service, administration, or events coordination
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Concur
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
