Key Responsibilities

Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Design future-state processes and operating models.
Use data to assess inefficiencies and support business cases.
Gather and document business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and NFRs.
Produce process maps and workflow documentation.
Partner with stakeholders, developers, and architects to deliver solutions.
Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
Support UAT, implementation, and change adoption.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

5+ years' Business Analysis experience.
Proven experience in process improvement and automation projects.
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
Experience creating process flows and operating models.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Self-driven and comfortable working in evolving environments.
