Role Overview
We are seeking multiple senior C++ developers across three different areas in Hong Kong and Sydney. These roles are open to hands-on technical managers as well as senior individual contributors. Roles include:
- Market Making & Execution: Working on market making strategies and execution systems for the flagship Options desk. Requires C++ background with options market making and execution experience
- Market Data & Signals: Building systems for market data ingestion, normalization, and signal generation. Requires C++ experience in market data or signal generation
- Connectivity: Developing low-latency exchange connectivity and OMS using modern C++ on Linux. Requires deep C++ expertise with connectivity, FIX, multithreading, and performance tuning
Key Responsibilities (across roles):
- Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams across HK and Sydney (for those who have experience in management)
- System Architecture: Design and build low-latency, high-performance trading systems
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with traders, quants, and regional technology heads
Required Skills & Experience (role dependent):
- Language: Strong C++ experience
- Domain: Options market making and execution, market data, or exchange connectivity
- Leadership: Open to candidates with or without prior management experience—willing to step up
- Performance: Deep understanding of low-latency, performance tuning, and multithreading
- Connectivity (for that role): FIX protocol, sockets, STL, Boost, IPC
