We have been mandated by our client, a leading global compliance, risk, and regulatory advisory consultancy, to appoint a Senior Compliance Consultant to support its growing client base across the financial services industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for compliance professionals from a consultancy background who are looking to further develop within a dynamic regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients on regulatory communications, regulatory capital compliance and record-keeping requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on SFC regulatory capital and reporting matters
- Assist with SFC licensing applications, routine filings and ad-hoc notifications
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within compliance consulting or regulatory advisory
- Familiarity with SFC regulations and Securities & Futures Ordinance is advantageous
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Putonghua is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive and a strong team player
