We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a leading global financial institution's Private Wealth Management business in Hong Kong. This role will drive the delivery of client-facing digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms, working closely with Product, Technology, UX, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis within banking or financial services, with experience managing digital product delivery from concept through implementation in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and strategic digital initiatives.
2. Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, workflow design, and solution documentation.
3. Drive project delivery from feasibility assessment through implementation, including requirement analysis, UAT coordination, production rollout, and post-implementation support.
4. Collaborate closely with UX designers to review wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys to ensure an exceptional client experience.
5. Work alongside Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
6. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets while ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule.
7. Prepare project status updates, executive presentations, governance materials, and steering committee reports.
8. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, resolving cross-functional issues and driving consensus.
9. Monitor production performance, coordinate issue resolution, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
3. Experience delivering digital products across web and mobile platforms, from ideation through production.
4. Exposure to Private Wealth Management or Wealth Management is highly preferred.
5. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
7. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, UX, Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and business users.
