Our client is a leading property investment and management group with a significant presence across Asia, we are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager, Investment Management to join the team. This role will be instrumental in driving investment strategy, performance analysis, and asset optimization across our APAC portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen and a collaborative mindset to support the group’s investment objectives.
More experienced candidates can be considered for higher title.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead investment analysis and financial modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF) for new and existing real estate opportunities across APAC.
- Develop and present investment recommendations and strategic proposals to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Investment, Legal, and Asset Management to evaluate and execute investment transactions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments, including asset enhancement strategies, CAPEX planning, and divestment initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance investment databases and dashboards to support decision-making and reporting.
- Support the CFO team in strategic planning, budgeting, and capital allocation processes.
- Involved in investor meetings, joint ventures, and external stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in investment management, real estate, or corporate finance, ideally within APAC property markets.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
- Proven track record in deal execution, asset management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- High proficiency in MS Office and financial modeling tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
