The Job

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and agents to achieve Employee Benefits (EB) sales targets
• Execute marketing initiatives to drive new business and meet or exceed targets
• Manage and follow up on renewal portfolios to ensure retention targets are achieved
• Conduct client presentations, sales meetings, and member briefings
• Provide product training and support to brokers and agents
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to enhance product and service competitiveness
• Support business initiatives, projects, and product development

The Person

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Holder of IIQAS Papers 1, 2 and 3 licenses
• Established broker network is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with intermediaries
• Sound knowledge of EB products with good commercial awareness
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
