Overview
Our in-house recruiting team is expanding! We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to help shape the growth of our engineering organization. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to identify, engage and attract exceptional software engineers, infrastructure engineers and quantitative developers.
This role goes well beyond candidate sourcing. You'll influence hiring strategy, build long-term talent pipelines, provide market intelligence and continuously improve how we recruit technical talent.
You'll work on some of our most challenging technical hiring initiatives, while also contributing to employer branding and innovative sourcing strategies across the region.

You'll work on some of our most challenging technical hiring initiatives, while also contributing to employer branding and innovative sourcing strategies across the region.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a range of technical roles across Software Engineering, Infrastructure and Quantitative Development.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of high-quality technical talent through research, networking and direct outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and advise on sourcing strategies for difficult to fill positions.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify target companies, emerging talent pools and industry trends.
- Track sourcing performance, analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to increase hiring effectiveness.
- Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
What we're looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting for software engineering or other technical roles.
- Experience recruiting in a highly selective or competitive hiring environment is preferred.
- Strong research and sourcing skills, with experience identifying passive technical talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform sourcing strategies and improve recruiting outcomes.
- Curiosity and a genuine desire to develop a deep understanding of the technology organizations you support.
