The Team Head for VP FP&A will oversee financial planning and analysis functions, driving strategic decision-making at a Chinese Bank. This role in Hong Kong requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Accounting & Finance.
Job Description
As a Team Head of FP&A, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic business decisions.
- Preparing detailed financial reports and forecasts for leadership teams.
- Analyzing market trends and financial data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Monitoring and optimizing financial performance metrics.
- Developing and implementing budgeting and forecasting methodologies.
- Providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.
A successful Team Head VP FP&A should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within the Financial Services industry.

- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
