Your new role

• Partner with Domain Leads and POs to create cohesive experiences across products within the domain and be involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process.
• Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower our users to make confident financial decisions.
• Conduct user research to uncover user pain points, behaviors, motivations, and unmet needs, translating insights into impactful design solutions and product experiences.
• Work closely with stakeholders to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple, and effective user experiences.
• Create and communicate a variety of design deliverables including user journeys, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and other experience artifacts in a strategic and holistic way that helps resolve current pain points and address unmet user needs.
• Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into our wealth management product ecosystem.
• Design and deliver solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products.
• Apply service design principles where appropriate to understand end-to-end user journeys and improve experiences across channels and touchpoints.
• Work closely with the larger firm-wide UX team to share best practices and promote a design centric culture across the organization.
• Advocate for all user abilities by thoroughly testing design deliverables to meet WCAG and ADA accessibility standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 8 years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong track record of contributing to successful product launches.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong expertise in UX design, including user research, interaction design, information architecture, and experience strategy. Candidates may demonstrate particular depth in one or more of these areas.
• Proven experience conducting and applying user research throughout the design process, from discovery and validation through delivery and measurement.
• Full understanding and practical experience with the end-to-end product design process, from user research and problem definition through design execution and implementation.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating how you have created experiences that solve both business and user needs through a research-informed design approach.
• Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.
• Ability to leverage research insights, user data, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts and deliver effective solutions. Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools, including AI-enabled tools.
• Exposure to service design methods such as journey mapping, service blueprinting, or crosschannel experience is required.
• Practice active listening and contribute effectively in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, workshops, audits, and whiteboard sessions.
