The Company

Our client is a global asset management firm currently expanding its operations into the APAC region. To support this continued growth, they are seeking a VP, Finance to join their finance team.

The Role

• Report directly to the CFO.
• Oversee corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting and tax-related responsibilities.
• Review month-end closing processes and prepare FRR Type 9 regulatory reports.
• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and additional reports required by external regulators.
• Lead the consolidation of cash flow forecasts and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
• Monitor liquid capital requirements and review tax filings to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with regional country heads, service providers, and auditors on various fund operational matters.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience within financial institutions.
• Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
