VP, Institutional Sales, Sales, Trading & Research

Key Accountabilities

• Contribute to revenue-generation and profitability of the Sales desk, Promote market share of secondary market in Hong Kong;
• Expand Institutional clientele and Equity-related business in HK;
• Distribute IPOs/ secondary placement deals to buy side fund managers;
• Promote research products and Corporate Access to buy side fund managers.

Skills & Experience

• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant discipline with 5 years' experience in securities sales;
• Candidate with over 2 years of working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage;
• Mature clientele base, independent client coverage and ability to generate commission revenue;
• Target Revenue = 3 x base salary + travel & marketing expense;
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
