VP/ SVP, Greater China Intermediary Sales - Global Asset Manager

A fast growing global asset manager is seeking an experiencedVP/ SVP, Greater China Intermediary Sales to lead client coverage and business development activities across Greater China. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with intermediary clients, driving asset gathering initiatives, and partnering closely with investment, product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive business development and relationship management efforts across assigned client segments, identifying new opportunities while growing existing partnerships.
2. Deliver investment insights, product updates, and tailored solutions to clients through regular meetings, presentations, and market discussions.
3. Collaborate closely with Investment, Product, Marketing, and Client Service teams to ensure effective delivery of client solutions and support business objectives.
4. Monitor industry trends, market developments, and client needs to identify opportunities and strengthen client engagement.
5. Support client events, roadshows, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and deepen client relationships.

Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
2. 5-10 years of experience in asset management, fund distribution, institutional/intermediary sales, client servicing, or relationship management.
3. Strong knowledge of investment products across major asset classes and the ability to communicate investment concepts effectively.
4. Proven relationship management and business development capabilities, with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
5. Native or fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
6. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and independently in a fast-paced environment.
